Built-In Security You Can Rely On
Every tilt and turn window features a robust multi-point locking system. In tilt mode, the opening is minimal - too narrow for any intruder to exploit - and when fully closed, the sash cannot be forced from the outside.

Two Different Opening Mechanisms
Turn the handle 90° and the sash swings fully inward like a door, giving you unrestricted access to the outside pane. This makes cleaning upper-floor windows a straightforward task from the safety of your own room – no ladders, no risk.
Rotate the same handle to 180° and the top of the sash tilts gently inward, creating a controlled gap for fresh air. Rain cannot enter, draughts are kept out and the window stays secure – ideal for bedrooms, kitchens and living spaces alike.

Absolutely. Turning the sash fully inward gives you complete access to the outer pane. No ladders needed - ideal for first-floor and upper-floor installations.
Yes. uPVC frames slow heat transfer, and paired with double or triple glazing, they form a tight thermal barrier that reduces heat loss and lowers energy bills.
Very little. Wipe the uPVC frames down with a damp cloth and mild detergent a few times a year. Periodically lubricate the hinges and check the seals - that is all they need to perform for decades.

Just had 7 Windows, 2 doors and our fascias done by Malbern, was a bit nervous but have to say was delighted from start to finish, the lady who came round initially was lovely and there was no pressure whatsoever, she told us to ring her when we had made our minds up, we managed to get a bit of a discount and went with it...Next The guy came round to do the survey, very meticulous and gave some great advice. Then, we were contacted about dates, and then the fascia guys came and did a superb job. The following week, Carl and Mark did the windows over 3 days, lovely friendly guys, did a superb job and kept the place clean and tidy, by the time the job was done you wouldn't know they had been there, apart from the fantastic windows and doors, 100% happy, new grey windows and all the neighbours are loving them as well, recommend Malbern from our experience.
