A flush sash window is one where the opening sash sits completely level within the outer frame when closed, creating a smooth, flat exterior with no visible lip or protrusion.
Minimal. Unlike timber, uPVC flush sash windows will not rot, warp or discolour. An occasional wipe down with warm soapy water is all that is needed to keep them looking their best.
Yes. Their flat profile closely replicates original timber windows, making them regularly accepted by conservation officers as appropriate replacements in heritage and listed properties.

Just had 7 Windows, 2 doors and our fascias done by Malbern, was a bit nervous but have to say was delighted from start to finish, the lady who came round initially was lovely and there was no pressure whatsoever, she told us to ring her when we had made our minds up, we managed to get a bit of a discount and went with it...Next The guy came round to do the survey, very meticulous and gave some great advice. Then, we were contacted about dates, and then the fascia guys came and did a superb job. The following week, Carl and Mark did the windows over 3 days, lovely friendly guys, did a superb job and kept the place clean and tidy, by the time the job was done you wouldn't know they had been there, apart from the fantastic windows and doors, 100% happy, new grey windows and all the neighbours are loving them as well, recommend Malbern from our experience.
