Extensions & Glazed Rooms

We have had an outstanding service from Malbern, dating back to 2014 when they built my conservatory, over the intervening years when we needed a small bit of maintenance under the guarantee, and most recently when they have replaced the glass roof with a solid roof, transforming the original design. This has given us a brilliant new room in 2024 and made our house feel much more spacious and better insulated. The build team took care of the whole process, doing a very professional clean and tidy job. I can't recommend more highly!

Malbern recently built us a large conservatory and a garden room. This was a massive job involving levelling a terraced garden and putting in retaining walls in addition to the conservatory and garden room construction. They did a fantastic job, all the work was done to a high standard and any snags were quickly dealt with.

So impressed with Malbern from start to finish. Joe was very knowledgeable and helped us choose exactly what we needed. The tradesmen for every stage were all so professional with high working standards. Massive thanks to Mark, best bricky ever!

The Extension itself is incredible and the finished product turned out to meat all of our expectations. It was a little bit of a struggle at times to meet deadlines but understandable under the circumstances more than happy with a result now it’s finished. My thanks go out to Joe who came out and did the pricing for us and dealt with any small problems right the way through and the rest of the staff Mike and the builders were all excellent at their jobs and the craftsmanship was 2nd to none there was one small issue with one spotlight being out of line and that was rectified in the space of a day, including re positioning fitting re-plastering in the space of a day , overall incredible workmanship. Well done Malbern!

We used Malbern for our double glazed windows approximately 15 years ago, they were amazing then, and still are. We had Chris visit to advise on a new Bay Canopy today. Tony was fantastic! He arrived on time, was professional throughout the job and ensures that I was happy with the work as he went along. The job did not turn out to be straightforward with many issues and snags along the way due to my home being an old building. Tony took all of this in his stride, providing satisfying solutions and ensuring I was happy with everything, before, and as he did it. I would like some recognition to be passed to Tony for his outstanding workmanship and his duty to provide a thorough and excellent service from start to finish. I will be contacting Paul, the salesman who initially visited me, to provide the same feedback and to also thank him for the service I have received. I would recommend Malbern to anyone who is looking for work to be completed in the future.
