We contacted Malbern Windows for a quote for an insulated conservatory roof replacement. The conservatory was built by Malbern possibly 20 years ago and we love it. Phil Holt called to advise us and gave us a quote. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and at no time did he put us under any pressure. We have to say we would recommend Phil at Malbern Windows to anyone looking to have this kind of work or similar done. Excellent service.

We have had an outstanding service from Malbern, dating back to 2014 when they built my conservatory, over the intervening years when we needed a small bit of maintenance under the guarantee, and most recently when they have replaced the glass roof with a solid roof, transforming the original design. This has given us a brilliant new room in 2024 and made our house feel much more spacious and better insulated. The build team took care of the whole process, doing a very professional clean and tidy job. I can't recommend more highly!

The job did not turn out to be straightforward with many issues and snags along the way due to my home being an old building. Tony took all of this in his stride, providing satisfying solutions and ensuring I was happy with everything, before, and as he did it. Just had 7 Windows, 2 doors and our fascias done by Malbern, was a bit nervous but have to say was delighted from start to finish, the lady who came round initially was lovely and there was no pressure whatsoever, she told us to ring her when we had made our minds up, we managed to get a bit of a discount and went with it...Next The guy came round to do the survey, very meticulous and gave some great advice. Then, we were contacted about dates, and then the fascia guys came and did a superb job. The following week, Carl and Mark did the windows over 3 days, lovely friendly guys, did a superb job and kept the place clean and tidy, by the time the job was done you wouldn't know they had been there, apart from the fantastic windows and doors, 100% happy, new grey windows and all the neighbours are loving them as well, recommend Malbern from our experience.
