Malbern windows fitted out our whole house with new windows and doors eight years ago. They provided a superb service, staff and quality of products were excellent. There have been a few minor issues over that eight year period, which could be expected. Due to our ten year guarantee, Malvern have responded to address all of our problems, with compassion and care. When we initially thought about replacing the windows and doors, we actually got quotes from local smaller businesses, by chance Malbern, were canvasing in our local town, I asked for a quote, I had nothing to lose. When I had received numerous quotes, Malbern came out on top, unbelievably their quote was a couple of thousand cheaper! Don’t be put off by the big name of Malbern, if you desire good quality and a cheaper price, look no further.
