I have been using Malbern windows for a long time, in fact they are the only windows and people I have used ever since we bought our home. They have excellent customer service and care. The work is always done to a very high standard which is what I have come to expect of them. Chris the guy who does the quotes for us has been really good and supportive throughout. We have had an outstanding service from Malbern, dating back to 2014 when they built my conservatory, over the intervening years when we needed a small bit of maintenance under the guarantee, and most recently when they have replaced the glass roof with a solid roof, transforming the original design. This has given us a brilliant new room in 2024 and made our house feel much more spacious and better insulated. The build team took care of the whole process, doing a very professional clean and tidy job. I can't recommend more highly!

The job did not turn out to be straightforward with many issues and snags along the way due to my home being an old building. Tony took all of this in his stride, providing satisfying solutions and ensuring I was happy with everything, before, and as he did it. I would like some recognition to be passed to Tony for his outstanding workmanship and his duty to provide a thorough and excellent service from start to finish. Just had 7 Windows, 2 doors and our fascias done by Malbern, was a bit nervous but have to say was delighted from start to finish, the lady who came round initially was lovely and there was no pressure whatsoever, she told us to ring her when we had made our minds up, we managed to get a bit of a discount and went with it...Next The guy came round to do the survey, very meticulous and gave some great advice. Then, we were contacted about dates, and then the fascia guys came and did a superb job. The following week, Carl and Mark did the windows over 3 days, lovely friendly guys, did a superb job and kept the place clean and tidy, by the time the job was done you wouldn't know they had been there, apart from the fantastic windows and doors, 100% happy, new grey windows and all the neighbours are loving them as well, recommend Malbern from our experience.
