We have had an outstanding service from Malbern, dating back to 2014 when they built my conservatory, over the intervening years when we needed a small bit of maintenance under the guarantee, and most recently when they have replaced the glass roof with a solid roof, transforming the original design. This has given us a brilliant new room in 2024 and made our house feel much more spacious and better insulated. The build team took care of the whole process, doing a very professional clean and tidy job. I can't recommend more highly!

Tony was fantastic! He arrived on time, was professional throughout the job and ensures that I was happy with the work as he went along. The job did not turn out to be straightforward with many issues and snags along the way due to my home being an old building. Tony took all of this in his stride, providing satisfying solutions and ensuring I was happy with everything, before, and as he did it. I would like some recognition to be passed to Tony for his outstanding workmanship and his duty to provide a thorough and excellent service from start to finish. I will be contacting Paul, the salesman who initially visited me, to provide the same feedback and to also thank him for the service I have received. I would recommend Malbern to anyone who is looking for work to be completed in the future.

Firstly, Tony is to be commended for his hard work fitting our new front door. His work is perfect. We are completely happy. He wouldn't even have a sandwich, working straight through until the door was finished. The quality of the door is second to none. We highly recommend Malbern Windows.

Just had 7 Windows, 2 doors and our fascias done by Malbern, was a bit nervous but have to say was delighted from start to finish, the lady who came round initially was lovely and there was no pressure whatsoever, she told us to ring her when we had made our minds up, we managed to get a bit of a discount and went with it...Next The guy came round to do the survey, very meticulous and gave some great advice. Then, we were contacted about dates, and then the fascia guys came and did a superb job. The following week, Carl and Mark did the windows over 3 days, lovely friendly guys, did a superb job and kept the place clean and tidy, by the time the job was done you wouldn't know they had been there, apart from the fantastic windows and doors, 100% happy, new grey windows and all the neighbours are loving them as well, recommend Malbern from our experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Special thanks to Josh and Brian who were great guys and fitted my windows professionally. I was delighted with their work ethics and cannot thank Malbern Windows enough. I now have a nice warm kitchen. Well done!
