Can I get a price over the telephone?
It is very difficult to quote over the telephone. Regulations are very strict and factors specific to your property need to be considered before we can commit to any pricing.
How long are my windows guaranteed for?
We offer a 10 year guarantee on all our products.
How can I pay for my windows?
We offer a variety of methods to pay for your windows. Either cash / cheque on completion of the installation, or you could choose from one of or finance options including buy now pay later or interest free.

Can I choose my own glass designs?
Yes, Malbern has its own glass shop, so we can do any design of your choice.
