Also I found your installation staff very good and kept the mess under control and please pass on to them that I have commented on their good workmanship. I will be in touch with you as soon as I can arrange to have the rear of the house done as I really want to get all the windows and doors replaced. i am sending you this message to say how delighted i am with my new windows and doors i had fitted in septmber 2007. From start to finish the service i recieved was exceptional, and the finished product is even better. it took under two days for the job to be completed. the fitters were incredibly tidy, people say there is lots of dust remaining after having windows instailed, what little i had the fitters took care of and there was nothing for me to do. Thank you malbern, i'l look forward to having my conservatory next!

I would like to compliment your company policies on Salespersons. I asked if one of your Sale reps could call on me to discuss window replacements with me.
Alan Fishwick called to my house on saturday afternoon the 5th January to price up the 3 windows i required. He did not push for a sale and was very helpful and polite. Because of his general and friendly attitude i did not bother to get any further quotes and decided to go ahead with the sale ( only £1400 ) so not the biggest sale in the world but i was impressed with the way Alan did not push me into making a instant decision.
I will have no hesitation in ringing your company when i can afford a new front door. I am looking forward to having my new windows in place.

Mr Whittaker was very happy with his installation and has definitely noticed an improvement in the warmth of his home. His windows do not let in any draughts and has made his home a lot more comfortable. He had double glazing before but in wooden frames, but the new windows have made a big difference.
He is very happy with Malbern's service and has now booked in during the telephone call for a quote for a conservatory (Sunday 28/10/07)

Ordered March 2006 - Had the front of their house double glazed.
"Our daughter has the front main bedroom of the house. She has noticed her room is much warmer now than it used to be. As we live on a busy road also, she has noticed that she does not hear the noise from the cars as much. Our main lounge room at the front of the house is also much warmer. We have reduced our heating costs, but unsure of the exact saving as my husband pays the bills. We were very happy with the installation and have really noticed the difference."

"It's difficult to comment on energy savings as we only had one window replaced and it was only a couple of weeks ago. Also, we pay for our gas monthly by direct debit so it would take some time for the savings to show up. I can say though that the house does appear to be considerably warmer as the old window wasn't even double glazed and was in poor condition which caused draughts and generally made the kitchen, hall and lounge much colder than it has been since you fitted the window. Also, the noise reduction is very noticeable. As for the quality of the actual window, it appears to be a very well made, solid unit and I am very happy with it. I have seen poor quality windows, but I have no problems with this one."

Had all windows replaced last year from double glazed in wooden frames to uPVC. Generally feels the house is warmer and less noisy. The windows look much better and are very easy to maintain. Mr Harper says that his gas and electric have remained pretty much the same – so obvious there has been a saving as energy prices have increased over the last twelve months. Very happy with the windows and after care sales.

Had all her windows replaced from single glazed windows to uPVC double glazed windows. Noticed a very big difference in noise reduction and warmth at home. Very glad she had her windows replaced (“wishes she had had them done years ago!”) it makes her house much more comfortable and quiet living on a main road. Mrs Stallard pays her gas and electric monthly and the payments have stayed the same throughout, even with energy price increases.

We enjoyed respect, no pressure sales and patience from your salesman and surveyor and the two fitters were absolutely brilliant - arriving on time, showing consideration and leaving everyhting as tidy as they could.
